We ask all clients to provide a vacuum & mop, as most of our cleaners travel by public transport or bike. Carrying a vacuum gets pretty tricky. As well as regular home cleaning, our cleaners can offer the following extras: oven, fridge, windows, cabinets, walls & skirting boards. Please note our move in/out clean covers all these services. We’ve also recently added pressure washing, ideal for them gardens and roof-terraces needing some love after the winter months!

We are a cashless service, offering the convenience of secure online payments. You can choose from the following options:

1. iDeal: We accept iDeal payments, which will be invoiced on the day of the cleaning session via email. It’s a hassle-free way to settle your bill securely and promptly.

2. Credit Card: Prefer using your credit card? No problem. We’ll place a hold
payment on your card until the completion of the cleaning. Rest assured,
your payment information is handled securely.

Absolutely! Lots of our customers have unique requests. Set up your online account and you’ll have access to write bespoke instructions. Which will be available to your cleaner via their cleaning app.

This is totally up to you. You can either be at home or you can organise for your cleaner to clean your home whilst you’re out. After a few weeks you can also trust us with a spare key.
